Today was a great day with our second sale at my new sub-division in Martinsville (Tall Oaks).  I can feel the market changing for the good and anticipate an increase in sales this coming spring market.  I can already see the business has remained consistant even going into the holiday months when even in the best of markets business would fall off the cliff.  A lot of good signs.....fingers crossed.
