Aaron had an unpleasant history with this house but after I became the owner we worked well together (with Aaron doing all the work)! The house was abandoned and left in disrepair by the previous owner. Aaron saved me multiple trips to the house and arranged for service people that would have taken much research and effort on my part. he made the repairs and ultimate sale of the property so very easy all the while keeping in close contact with me and maintaining cheerful optimism.
